1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Lineups.
• Users must be Indian residents and comply with local laws regarding fantasy sports.
• Employees or associates of Lineups cannot participate in contests.

2. Account Registration & Verification

• Register using your mobile number with accurate details:
  • Full name
  • Aadhaar number
  • Date of birth
  • Bank details (for withdrawals)
• Identity verification through third-party KYC providers.
• You are responsible for account security.

3. Fantasy Sports Contests

• Create teams using predefined player points for real-world matches (cricket/football).
• Entry fees and prizes vary per contest (displayed before joining).
• Different contests may have unique rules and scoring systems.

4. Withdrawals & Wallets

• Minimum ₹100 withdrawal to linked bank account.
• Wallet types:
  • Deposit Wallet: Funds added by users
  • Winning Wallet: Contest winnings
• Withdrawals require KYC verification and processing time.

5. Refunds & Contest Cancellations

• Canceled contests: Fees refunded to original wallet (Deposit/Winning).
• No refunds for completed contests.

6. Taxes & Compliance

• Users must declare and pay taxes on winnings.
• TDS applies on withdrawals exceeding taxable limits as per Indian law.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Lineups' decisions on contests/results are final.
• Raise disputes via customer support within 48 hours of contest completion.

9. Advertising & Promotions

• Lineups may display ads and run social media promotions.
• Registration implies consent to receive promotional messages/emails.

10. Liability & Indemnity

• Lineups is not responsible for:
  • Technical failures
  • Incorrect match data
  • Third-party service issues
• Users participate at their own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

• Lineups may modify these Terms anytime.
• Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
